The Chicago House Associate Board was founded in 2006 as an advisory and volunteer branch of the well-known Chicago House and Social Services Agency. Approximately 20 Chicagoans from a variety of backgrounds, professions and neighborhoods serve on the Associate Board; all of whom are committed to assisting fellow Chicagoans affected by HIV and AIDS.

Working closely with the Chicago House staff and numerous volunteers, our mission is threefold:

  • To host or sponsor charitable events.
  • To increase awareness about the realities of living with HIV/AIDS.
  • To develop future leaders and supporters for Chicago House.

Targeting Chicago’s young adult and young professional community, our commitment to the Chicago House organization is steadfast and uncompromising. It is our hope that the Associate Board be a catalyst for invigorating and enlightening a demographic that, though inundated with social and community causes, has the power to make a monumental difference in the lives of so many.

Please take some time to read about our upcoming events and how you can be involved. We always welcome additional volunteers, participants and supporters. For more information about the Chicago House Associate Board, please contact: associateboard@chicagohouse.org.
