Supportive Services
Chicago House's housing programs are integrated with supportive services designed to help people struggling with HIV/AIDS and homelessness live healthier, more independent lives. Our array of supportive services includes:
- Community Case Management assists those who are able to live in their own homes access the services and benefits they need to continue living independently.
All of these programs have tailored services to address our diverse clients. Our iFour Employment Program incorporates counseling and referral resources to help meet the needs of transgender clients seeking to re-enter the workforce; our Case Management program understands the needs of HIV-positive parents with children; and, Connect2Care works with each client’s strengths to help reduce barriers to ongoing HIV care.
