Moment #13: 1996 – Chicago House launches its Family Support Program

The Family Support Program opened to house families whose head of household is living with HIV/AIDS. Today, FSP houses nearly 40 individuals who have access to stable housing, case management services, and after school programming through the Bridges Program.
